This mix has it all. Crunchy cereal? Check. Sweet white chocolate? Check. Peppermint-y candy cane goodness? Oh yeah.
It’s like the holidays exploded in your kitchen in the best possible way. Whether you’re hosting a party, looking for a quick snack, or need something cute to gift, this mix is a total winner.
I love baking for the holidays, but sometimes it’s nice to have an easy no bake option to snack on while you’re decorating the house or wrapping presents.
I found this recipe on Betty Crocker’s website the other night and since I had basically all the ingredients I whipped it up quick. I did use Corn Chex instead of Rice Chex but that was the only change I made.
I love how fast this came together and just like that you have a great little snack mix and now I have something to snack on while we’re putting up the Christmas tree.
This Candy Cane Crunch Chex Party Mix is basically the MVP of holiday treats. It’s easy, it’s fun, and it’s ridiculously good.
Make a batch (or two), share it with your friends and family, and enjoy every festive, peppermint-y bite!
