What are Beef Enchiladas?
Beef Enchiladas are a traditional Mexican dish consisting of corn tortillas rolled around a filling of cooked, shredded beef. This rolled ensemble is typically covered with a chili sauce and sprinkled with cheese before being baked until golden and bubbling. The meat is usually seasoned with various spices, providing a robust, hearty flavor. Often, they are garnished with extras like lettuce, tomatoes, or avocados, and served alongside rice and beans. For many, Beef Enchiladas are not just food, but a representation of culture, tradition, and comfort.
