When I was a kid I used to love going to the county fair every year to get a caramel apple. Now after braces and several jaw surgeries I sadly can’t eat them anymore, so I was looking for an alternative. This recipe for Caramel Apple Dip is a mix of a few recipes I’ve seen in cookbooks.

Basically, I took all the things that I liked best from other recipes and found this is the one that I liked the best. Plus, my family all loved it too so I’m sticking with this recipe.

In a medium sized bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, honey and powdered sugar.
