- 1 red bell pepper

- 1 green bell pepper

Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from burning on the grill.
Cut steak and veggies into 2-inch pieces.
Thread steak and veggies onto the skewers.
Marinade shish kabobs in 9×13 baking pan for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
