- 1/2 cup Blueberries frozen
- 1/2 cup Spinach
- 1/2 cup Strawberries and bananas frozen
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1 tsp Honey local
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 scoops Vital proteins collagen peptides
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk.
Drink immediately or you can store it in refrigerator for up to 6 hours.
