Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries frozen
  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries and bananas frozen
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 tsp Honey local
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops Vital proteins collagen peptides

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk.
  • Drink immediately or you can store it in refrigerator for up to 6 hours.
