Easter is just around the corner, and with it comes the promise of warmer weather, blooming flowers, and most importantly…Bunny Chow. If you’re not familiar with this delectable treat, don’t worry – you’re not alone. But once you try it, you’ll understand why it’s a must-have for any Easter celebration.
This sweet and crunchy concoction is made with a blend of cereal, white chocolate, and other goodies that will have your taste buds begging for more., I’m a sucker for anything with popcorn and white chocolate, so when I saw this recipes on Hy-Vee’s website I knew I had try to it.
I did change a couple things, I like to melt the white chocolate in a pan on the stove plus I didn’t think 1/2 a cup of white chocolate would be enough so I used a full cup and honestly it could use just a little more. Also, I used Old Dutch Popcorn instead of microwave popcorn just because I really like the way it’s just lightly salted.
Just like the Easter bunny brings joy and magic to the holiday, so does this sweet and crunchy snack. So why not hop into the kitchen and try your hand at making your own batch of Bunny Chow? Share it with your friends and family and spread the magic of the season.
