I don’t know about you but I don’t have a lot of time in the morning so I really need something fast for breakfast. Not only fast but it needs to taste really good and if it’s healthy then that’s a nice bonus too.
I’m always looking for new recipes to try so when I saw this recipe for Banana Nut Overnight Oats on the Quaker Oats website and since I had the ingredients I thought I’d give it shot.
This was so easy to make, just add all the ingredients to a jar, put it in the fridge and just like magic you have breakfast all ready and waiting for you the next morning!

How to make Banana Nut Overnight Oats
Add Quaker® Oats to your container of choice and pour in milk.
Layer Greek yogurt, bananas, honey, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla on top and sprinkle with walnuts.
Let steep for at least 8 hours in a refrigerator 40°F or colder.
Best to eat within 24 hours.
Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ ripe bananas sliced, divided
- 1/2 cup Quaker® Oats-Old Fashioned
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp walnuts chopped
Instructions
- Add Quaker® Oats to your container of choice and pour in milk.
