Classic Banana Bread

Classic Banana Bread

This is my favorite Banana Bread recipe, it’s easy to make, super moist and full of great banana flavor and crunchy walnuts. I don’t think I’ve ever met someone that didn’t like Banana Bread, although some people prefer it without nuts but my family loves the walnuts added in so that’s how I usually make it. This recipe is so easy to make all you need is some overripe bananas and some pantry staples that most people always have on hand.

How to make Banana Bread

Preheat the oven to 350° F and grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan. I like to use my cast iron loaf pan for this bread because it heats evenly and gives it a nice, golden brown crust.

In a large mixing bowl, mashed the 3 overripe bananas with a fork.
