What is Easy Pumpkin Pound Cake?
Easy Pumpkin Pound Cake is a moist, tender cake made with pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg.
It’s called “easy” because it comes together quickly with simple ingredients and minimal prep work—just mix, bake, and slice. Unlike traditional pound cake, which is dense and buttery, pumpkin pound cake has a soft texture and rich fall flavor.

Ingredients
- Yellow cake mix
- Pumpkin pie mix
- Cream cheese frosting

How to make Easy Pumpkin Pound Cake
Beat together dry cake mix and pumpkin in a large bowl.

Spread batter in a 12″x10″ baking pan sprayed with non – stick vegetable spray.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, until a toothpick tests clean.

Cool;

Spread with frosting.

Slice and serve with a warm cup of coffee or tea for the perfect fall treat.

- 16 oz can cream cheese frosting
