Turkey Noodle Casserole
There’s something so comforting about a classic noodle casserole, and today I’m sharing a twist on a favorite: Turkey Noodle Casserole. If you love my Tuna Noodle Casserole recipe, you’ll be happy to know that this recipe follows the same simple, creamy method—but instead of tuna, we’re using leftover turkey.
It’s the perfect way to turn those Thanksgiving leftovers into a cozy weeknight dinner the whole family will love.
Why This Turkey Noodle Casserole Works
After Thanksgiving, there’s usually a ton of leftover turkey in the fridge. Sure, turkey sandwiches are great, but sometimes you just want something warm and comforting. That’s where this casserole comes in.
Using the same base as my Tuna Noodle Casserole—egg noodles, creamy sauce, and cheese—this recipe transforms plain leftover turkey into a creamy, comforting dish that tastes like it came from your favorite diner.
The best part? It’s incredibly easy to make. If you can make tuna noodle casserole, you can make this. No need for extra special ingredients—just what you already have on hand from the holidays.
