- Brown sugar

- Powdered sugar

How to make Banana Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting
Preheat your oven to 350°F, butter a 9×13 pan and set aside.
In a large bowl combine flour, cinnamon and salt.
In a medium bowl combine the melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract and eggs. Mix by hand until thoroughly combined.
Combine the liquid ingredients with the dry ingredients. Stir in the mashed bananas.
Fold in the chopped walnuts and raisins.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared 9×13 pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the bars from the oven and cool completely.
While the bars are cooling, make the cream cheese frosting. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese and butter.
Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix until smooth and creamy.
Once the banana bars are completely cooled, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top.
Cut into bars, serve and enjoy!
