  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup bananas mashed
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 tablespoons butter softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F, butter a 9×13 pan and set aside.
  • In a large bowl combine flour, cinnamon and salt.
  • In a medium bowl combine the melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract and eggs. Mix by hand until thoroughly combined.
