Beef Stroganoff

When it comes to comfort food, Beef Stroganoff is right at the top of the list. Tender strips of beef, hearty mushrooms, and a creamy sauce poured over egg noodles—it’s the kind of meal that feels like a hug on a plate.

I came across this recipe in Sunday Dinners at Grandma’s from Gooseberry Patch, and it’s a keeper. It’s simple enough for a weeknight but still special enough to serve when you’ve got company gathered around the table.

This recipe is packed with flavor, and the sour cream gives it that rich, velvety finish that makes stroganoff so irresistible.

You can make this recipe even easier by using Aldi’s Thin Sliced Boneless Ribeye Steak—since it’s already thinly sliced, all you need to do is cut it into 2-inch strips and it’s ready to go.

Aldi really delivers when it comes to quality meat at super affordable prices, making it a great place to stock up for family dinners like this.

Pair it with a green salad or some roasted veggies, and you’ve got a hearty dinner that will have everyone going back for seconds.
