What is Grandma’s Goulash?

Goulash is a recipe that originally came from Hungary and it was more of a stew that consisted of meat and flavored with onions, garlic, peppers, and plenty of paprika.

In America, Goulash is usually made with ground beef, elbow macaroni, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.

How to make Grandma’s Goulash

Brown ground beef along with olive oil and onion in a large Dutch oven. Drain excess grease.

Add the beef broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and the seasoning salt to the hamburger and simmer.
