Mixed Berry Salad

Mixed Berry Salad

This is one of my favorite salad/side dish recipes from Magnolia’s website, it’s easy, fast, sweet and it has fruit so it’s one of the healthier recipes that I’ve tried. Obviously, I’m more about yummy snacks and desserts and comfort foods so when I find a recipe that is actually kind of healthy but still tastes really good then I’m going to share it with my friends and family.

This recipe comes together so quickly and you can make it ahead which is really great when you’re juggling multiple dishes for a gathering or just a meal. The one problem I had when I made this about a month ago is that in my little corner of Minnesota it was pretty much impossible to find fresh dill in March but even without that garnish this was still a really awesome dish!

This is definitely going to be one of those great summer fruit salads I’ll be making over and over this summer, plus then I’ll have no lack of fresh mint from my garden.
