Also, I use original Bisquick so this recipe is not Gluten free.

How to make Oven-Baked Chicken
Heat oven to 425°F.
Melt butter in 13×9-inch (3-quart) baking dish, in oven.

In medium bowl, stir together Bisquick™ mix, Seasoned Salt, salt and pepper.

Place eggs in shallow dish.
Dip chicken into eggs.

Then coat with Bisquick mixture;

Place chicken in dish (dish and butter should be hot).

Bake 35 minutes;

Turn chicken.
Bake about 15 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is clear when thickest pieces are cut (at least 165°F).

- 2/3 cup Bisquick™ Original Pancake & Baking Mix
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 to 3 1/2 lb boneless chicken breast
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Melt butter in 13×9-inch (3-quart) baking dish, in oven.
- In medium bowl, stir together Bisquick™ mix, Seasoned Salt, salt and pepper.
- Place eggs in shallow dish.
- Dip chicken into eggs.
- Then coat with Bisquick mixture;
- Repeat dipping in eggs;
- And Bisquick mixture.
