And when you use Bisquick as the secret ingredient? Game changer.

This recipe is based on the Betty Crocker recipe for Gluten Free Oven-Baked Chicken, instead of paprika and garlic powder I just use Lawry’s Seasoned Salt and boneless chicken breasts.

Also, I use original Bisquick so this recipe is not Gluten free.

What is Oven-Baked Chicken?

Oven-baked chicken is chicken that is cooked in the oven instead of being fried or grilled. It’s a great way to get juicy, flavorful chicken with a crispy or golden exterior—without needing a lot of oil.

When chicken is baked, it cooks evenly at a steady temperature, allowing the juices to stay inside while the outside develops a nice texture.

Depending on the recipe, you can bake chicken with a variety of coatings like breadcrumbs, flour, Bisquick, or seasonings to create a crispy crust.
