What are Salted Nut Roll Bars?
Salted Nut Roll Bars are a sweet and salty dessert bar inspired by the classic Salted Nut Roll candy.
They usually have a soft, chewy filling made with peanut butter, marshmallows, and sweetened condensed milk, sandwiched between layers of salted peanuts or mixed nuts.

- Salted peanuts without skins, divided
- Butter
- Peanut butter chips
- Sweetened condensed milk

How to make Salted Nut Roll Bars
Place half of the peanuts in an ungreased 11×7-in. dish; set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt butter and peanut butter chips over low heat.

Add the milk and marshmallows; cook and stir until melted.

Pour over peanuts.

Sprinkle with remaining peanuts.

Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Cut into squares.

- 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
