I’m a huge fan of dips, dips for chips, dips for veggies but I was looking for something a little different to go with crackers. This Veggie Dip was inspired by my love of Garden Veggie Cream Cheese, it’s similar but a little more rustic with a little larger pieces of veggies.
I haven’t tried this dip on a bagel yet but it’s so good with crackers, it literally disappeared in 15 minutes while we were sitting on the deck.
Veggie Dip is an easy way to enjoy a variety of vegetables while adding a burst of flavor to your snacking experience. My theory is if there’s vegetables in it then it must be healthy 😊

What is Veggie Dip?
Veggie Dip is a creamy and flavorful appetizer made primarily from cream cheese mixed with various vegetables, herbs, and seasonings. It is a versatile dip that pairs well with raw or lightly steamed vegetables, crackers, bread, and more.
Ingredients
- Cream cheese, softened
- Mayonnaise
- Lemon juice
- Grated carrots
- Diced celery
- Diced green pepper
- Diced red pepper
- Chopped green onions
- Salt
- Pepper
- Assorted crackers
How to make Veggie Dip
In a medium sized bowl, blend the cream cheese, lemon juice, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in vegetables, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours.
Serve with your favorite assorted crackers.

- 1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced green pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red pepper
- chopped green onions
- salt
- pepper
- Assorted crackers
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl, blend the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in vegetables.
- Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours.
