Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°. Spray a 9" x 5" loaf pan with non stick cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, add the banana, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk until the batter is well combined.
Add the all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and almonds. Stir only until the batter is moistened and combined.
Spoon the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean.
Remove the bread from the oven .
Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes.
Remove the bread from the pan and cool completely before slicing.
