Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Place oats, mashed bananas, egg, raisins, morsels, evaporated milk, oil and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
Mix until thoroughly combined.
Drop mixture by tablespoons onto parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden on bottom.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes on baking sheet.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
