Instructions
Preheat oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Heat brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup in a saucepan until bubbly.
Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
Pour the hot caramel sauce over the cereal mixture, stirring gently to ensure an even coating.
Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even crisping.
Remove from the oven and let the mix cool completely.
Once cooled, break it into pieces and serve.
