Cornflake Cookies
Try this quick & easy Cornflake Cookie recipe! Made with ingredients you already have in your kitchen, these cookies are a guaranteed hit!
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups cornflakes cereal
- 1 11 oz package of Nestle Butterscotch Morsels
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In medium saucepan, melt the butterscotch chips and peanut butter over low heat.
- Add in the cornflakes and stir until the flakes are completely coated.
- Drop by spoonful’s onto the prepared cookie sheets.
- Chill for one hour to set the cookies. Serve and enjoy!
