Instructions
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper to prevent sticking.
In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and honey.
Stir until smooth and well blended.
Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly to about ¼-inch thickness.
Sprinkle the chopped fresh cranberries over the yogurt.
Next add the chopped pistachios generously over the yogurt and cranberries.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until the yogurt is completely solid.
Once frozen, remove the yogurt sheet from the baking sheet and break it into bite-sized pieces.
Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
