Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/4 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, combine the oats, milk, Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries, chopped walnuts, honey, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  • Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer.
  • Reduce the heat to low and let the oatmeal cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes or until the oats are tender and the mixture has thickened to your liking. If it gets too thick, you can add a little more milk.
  • Once the oatmeal is cooked to your desired consistency, remove it from the heat.
  • Serve the Cranberry Walnut Oatmeal hot, garnished with fresh cranberries and extra chopped walnuts if you like.
