Instructions
Boil the egg noodles in salted water until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook for 3–4 minutes until softened.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Add tomato sauce and beef broth, then simmer for about 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream.
Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Add the creamy beef sauce to the noodles and toss until everything is well coated.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or Parmesan if desired.
