Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Arrange thinly sliced potatoes and diced onion in layers in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle each layer with flour, butter, and ham.
Repeat for a second layer and add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the milk to the potatoes.
Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil cover and bake for another 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
