Creamy Scalloped Potatoes and Ham is a wonderful comfort food, especially on a chilly fall evening, it's a great way to use leftover ham!

- 6 medium potatoes thinly sliced
- 1 small onion diced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cubed ham
- salt and pepper to taste
Arrange thinly sliced potatoes in layers in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle each layer with diced onion, flour, butter, and ham.
Repeat for a second layer and add salt and pepper to taste. Add the milk and bake uncovered for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Remove from the oven, serve and enjoy!
