Instructions
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, beef broth, ginger, and brown sugar.
Set aside.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add in the broccoli and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Set aside the broccoli in a bowl.
Add ground beef and garlic to the skillet.
Cook for 5 minutes, until mostly browned, breaking it up into small pieces as you go.
Drain to remove excess fat.
Add the sauce to the ground beef and garlic.
Cook for a few more minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the broccoli back to the pan and stir until it’s evenly coated.
Add salt to taste, then serve immediately over rice or noodles.
