Instructions
Preheat oven to 325° F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In the bowl of a stand-mixer, add the melted butter and cocoa powder. Using the paddle attachment, blend until smooth.
Add the flour and sugar.
Beat together then add eggs and vanilla. Mix just until combined. Don’t over mix.
Spread the batter into a very thin, even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
This works best using an offset spatula.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are crisp and the center is firm.
Let it cool completely, then break into pieces.
