Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, and oat flour.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, water, and honey.
Mix in the peanut butter until combined.
Add the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until dough forms.
The dough is a little dry at first, but you can use your hands to bring it together into a ball.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to ¼-inch thick with a rolling pin.
Cut treats out using a cookie cutter of your choice. The dog bone-shaped kinds are great!
Place cut treats on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper, being sure to give each ample space to bake.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool completely.
Store in an airtight container for up to a week or in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 4 weeks.
