Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup molasses
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup pecan pieces
  • 3/4 cup walnut pieces
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease a large baking sheet pan.
  • Combine the vegetable oil, honey, molasses in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook for about 2 minutes, until well blended and very hot.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat.
  • Combine the rolled oats, pecans, walnuts, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
  • Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir to combine. Make sure all the oats, nuts, and seeds are thoroughly coated.
  • Spread the granola out evenly on the prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden brown. Be careful not to overbake it.
  • Remove the granola from the oven and allow it to cool completely. It will be crispy when it cools.
  • Store the granola in an airtight container at room temperature. It should stay fresh for a couple of weeks.
