Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie
Impossibly easy cheeseburger pie is so easy and tastes amazing! This is a classic dinner that your whole family will love!
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large onion diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9 inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
- In 10 inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt.
- Mix in tomato paste and spread into the pie plate.
- Cover with cheese.
- In a small bowl, stir remaining ingredients together with a whisk until blended.
- Pour into the pie plate.
- Bake about 30 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
