Instructions
Heat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F).
Spread 1-2 tablespoons of butter or oil onto the griddle.
Place the hashbrowns in a thin layer over the buttered area. Press them down gently with a spatula to ensure even cooking. Season with salt and pepper.
Let the hashbrowns cook undisturbed for about 5-7 minutes, or until the bottom is golden and crispy.
Flip them over with a large spatula and cook the other side for another 5-7 minutes, or until both sides are crispy and browned.
Add another1-2 tablespoons of butter to the cooking surface. Spread it around with a spatula to ensure even coverage.
Place the diced peppers, ham, and onions onto the griddle. Spread them out in a single layer and let them cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until they begin to soften and develop a bit of color.
Mix the hashbrowns with the veggies and ham, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the hashbrowns.
Enjoy your loaded hashbrowns with all the delicious toppings right off the Blackstone griddle!
