Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Lucky Charms cereal (330 g)
  • 6 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 4 cups white vanilla baking chips
  • 1/4 cup multicoloured candy sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt white chocolate in pan on low heat.
  • Add Lucky Charms cereal and Rice Chex Cereal to a large bowl and mix together.
  • Pour over cereal mixture into the pan with the melted white chocolate; stir to evenly coat.
  • Spread mixture in single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Immediately sprinkle with candy sprinkles.
  • Let stand until set, about 20 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, if it lasts the long!
