- 2 cups unsifted flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 1/2 cup quick oats uncooked
- 1 12 ounce package 2 cups Nestle Butterscotch Morsels
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
Preheat your oven to 375°F. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, eggs and water; beat until creamy.
Gradually add flour mixture.
Stir in oats, Nestle Butterscotch Morsels and orange extract.
Spread into greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
Cool; cut into thirty-five 2-inch squares.
