Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups unsifted flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 1/2 cup quick oats uncooked
  • 1 12 ounce package 2 cups Nestle Butterscotch Morsels
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, eggs and water; beat until creamy.
  • Gradually add flour mixture.
  • Stir in oats, Nestle Butterscotch Morsels and orange extract.
  • Spread into greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  • Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
  • Cool; cut into thirty-five 2-inch squares.
