Ramen Noodle Salad

Ingredients
- Salad
- 1 head of cabbage shredded
- 2 bunches of green onions diced
- 1/2 cup honey roasted sunflower seed kernels
- 1 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 2 packages chicken ramen noodles
- Sauce
- 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- flavor packets from ramen noodles
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix together shredded cabbage, honey roasted sunflower seed kernels, and ramen noodles, broken into small pieces.
- In a small bowl mix together all of the sauce ingredients until combined.
- About an hour before serving mix the sauce into the salad to prevent the noodles from getting soggy.
- Mix in almonds right before serving.
