Add the Canola oil, Hidden Valley Ranch mix, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper to a medium-sized bowl and mix well.
Pour the pretzels into a large roasting pan and slowly drizzle the seasoning mixture over the pretzels. Stir the pretzels making sure they’re evenly coated in the seasoning.
Place the pan in the oven at 200° F for 1 1/4 hours stirring every 15-20 minutes.
Let the pretzels cool and store them in an airtight container.
