Instructions
Place chicken, onion powder, garlic powder, and chicken broth into your slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked
Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, then return it to the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir it into the slow cooker.
Stir in the peas and carrots. Cook on high for another 20–30 minutes, until the sauce thickens and everything is heated through.
Split warm biscuits and spoon the creamy chicken mixture generously over the top.
