Add granulated sugar and corn syrup to a pan, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until boiling.

Remove the mixture from heat and stir in the peanut butter.

Add the cereal to the mixture and mix thoroughly.

Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 pan.

In a small pan, melt together the chocolate chips and the butterscotch chips. Stir constantly until completely melted.

Pour the frosting over the bars and smooth out with a plastic spatula

Put the pan in the refrigerator to cool and then cut into bars.
