  • Ground Beef
  • V-8 juice
  • Dice tomato with green chilies
  • Black beans
  • Kidney beans
  • Cannellini beans
  • Mild chili beans
  • Green pepper, diced

  • Canola oil
  • Chili powder

How to make Easy Chili

In a Dutch oven, heat canola oil over medium-high heat.

Add in the onion and sauté for 8-10 minutes.

Stir in the beans, chili powder and green pepper and bring to a boil.

Then reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for about 40 minutes.
