What are Caramel Chex Scotcheroo Bars?
Caramel Chex Scotcheroo Bars are a delicious twist on the classic scotcheroo, made by combining Chex cereal with caramel, peanut butter, and chocolate layers.
Traditional scotcheroos typically use Rice Krispies as the base, but this version swaps in Chex cereal for extra crunch and texture.
The bars are coated in a gooey caramel-peanut butter mixture, then topped with melted chocolate and butterscotch chips for a sweet, chewy, and crispy treat.
These bars are easy to make and perfect for sharing, offering a nostalgic yet uniquely caramel-rich flavor.
