Ingredients
- Ground beef
- Ground pork
- Pasta sauce
- Lasagna noodles
- Parmesan cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Cottage cheese
- Eggs
- Salt
- Ground pepper

How to make Easy Homemade Lasagna
In a large skillet over medium heat brown the ground beef and ground pork together.

Drain any excess fat.

Return meat to skillet and add the pasta sauce.
Simmer for 30 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese, eggs, ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
Mix well.

In a small bowl mix together the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

Spread 1 cup of sauce in the bottom of a lightly greased 9×13 baking dish.
Layer 3 noodles over the sauce.

Top with 1/3 of the cottage cheese mixture and then 1/2 cup of the sauce.

Repeat with another layer of noodles, remaining cottage cheese mixture, and sauce.
Finish with the last layer of noodles, sauce, and the remaining mozzarella parmesan mixture.

Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350° F for 45 minutes.

Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes uncovered.

Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
