I’ve been making my Potato Chips Cookies for years because I love the whole sweet and salty thing! But the other day I was on the Frito Lay website, just looking through recipes and I came across this awesome recipe for Fritos Chocolate Chip Cookies, and I knew I had to try it.
My family was a little skeptical about it at first but once they tried them, they were hooked just as fast as I was. These cookies just hit all the right spots, there’s crunchy from the crushed Fritos and toffee bits and sweet from the chocolate chips.
The only way this recipe could be better is if you doubled it, so you had more cookies to eat!

Ingredients
- All-purpose flour
- Baking soda
- Salt
- Butter
- Granulated sugar
- Brown sugar
- Eggs
- Vanilla extract
- Chocolate chips
- Toffee bits
- FRITOS® Original Corn Chips
How to make Fritos Chocolate Chip Cookies
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt.
In a separate large bowl beat the butter and both sugars until fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla, beating until well mixed.
Slowly add the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips, toffee bits and crushed FRITOS® Original Corn Chips.
Roll the dough into 2 inch balls and place on the baking sheets, press down slightly with the palm of your hand.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 sticks of butter 1 cup, room
- temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 oz chocolate chunks
- 4 oz toffee bits
- 1 ½ cups crushed Fritos Original Corn Chips
Instructions
