How to make Potato Chip Cookies
Preheat oven to 350°.In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together butter, sugar and vanilla extract.
Add in crushed potato chips and pecans.
Stir in flour.
Form cookie dough into 1 inch balls. Flatten dough with the bottom of a cup dipped in sugar.
Bake for 16-18 minutes until edges are golden brown.Enjoy with a glass of nice, cold milk.
