Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 cups dry oatmeal
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine butter and sugars until smooth and creamy.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
  • In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Add the flour mixture to the creamed ingredients, mix until blended.
  • Add oats and stir well by hand.
  • Add raisins and butterscotch chips, mix until blended.
  • Drop by round tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for about 14 minutes or until lightly browned. Transfer cookies to a cooling rack.
