- 2 boneless pork chops about 1 inch thick
- 1 cup chopped apples
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 cups dried seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 tablespoons butter softened
Preheat the oven to 375° F.
In a medium bowl, combine apples, raisins, breadcrumbs, and chicken broth.
Make a pocket in each pork chop by cutting a slit through the side, almost to the bone. Stuff each pork chop with the apple raisin stuffing mixture.
Butter each side of the pork chops.
Transfer pork chops to a baking dish.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until pork chops have reached at least 145˚F.
Remove from the oven, let stand for 5 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
