Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/ 1/2 lb package of Country Style Pork Ribs
  • 1/2 cup Cookies Barbeque Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325° F.
  • Place the pork ribs in a roasting pan or baking dish.
  • Pour the sauce over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 2 hours. This slow cooking process will make the ribs tender and flavorful.
  • After the initial baking time, remove the foil and baste the ribs with the sauce from the pan.
  • Increase the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and bake uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the ribs are nicely caramelized and the internal temperature reaches 160-165°F (71-74°C).
  • Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve the ribs with any remaining sauce for dipping, along with your favorite sides like coleslaw, cowboy beans, fried potatoes or cornbread.
