Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, orange juice, sugar, cinnamon stick, and orange zest.
Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and cook until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly, about 3 minutes.
Let cool, then remove the cinnamon stick and refrigerate for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Serve chilled. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
