Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine butter and sugars until smooth and creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Add the flour mixture to the creamed ingredients, mix until blended.
Add oats and stir well by hand.
Add raisins and butterscotch chips, mix until blended.
Drop by round tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for about 14 minutes or until lightly browned. Transfer cookies to a cooling rack.
