Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 1 pound package pork cutlets
  • all-purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl mix together cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and dried minced onion.
  • Coat pork cutlets in flour.
  • Place the pork cutlets in the crockpot.
  • Pour the soup mixture over the top of the pork cutlets.
  • Place the cover on the crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours. Serve cutlets and gravy over mashed potatoes.
