- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 1 pound package pork cutlets
- all-purpose flour
In a small bowl mix together cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and dried minced onion.
Coat pork cutlets in flour.
Place the pork cutlets in the crockpot.
Pour the soup mixture over the top of the pork cutlets.
Place the cover on the crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours. Serve cutlets and gravy over mashed potatoes.
