Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 can 15 oz pumpkin purée
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cloves
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Brown sugar packed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven or smoker to 350°F, grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with softened butter, and set it aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in the pumpkin puree, milk, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
  • Gradually add the dry to the wet , mixing until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  • Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven or smoker and close the lid. Bake or smoke the bread for about 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Once done, remove the smoked pumpkin bread from the oven or smoker and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Slice and enjoy the unique flavor of your pumpkin bread!
